Try these Low-Cal Summer Treats

Boy, is it hot! I don’t know about ya’ll, but I could use a little relief from these 90-degree days. And nothing brings relief like ice cream on a summer afternoon. Now, I’m not saying to run down to Cold Stone Creamery and order a waffle bowl full of chocolate ice cream and 10 toppings. There are ways to get your ice cream fix without eating an entire day’s worth of calories and fat grams in one sitting.
