bosu trainer ballIf you’ve been into Thrive, you’ve probably seen one of our BOSU® Balance Trainers—that is, the blue, dome-shaped things with flat bottoms. In my years of working in the fitness industry, I’ve found that this tool is one of the most effective in terms of improving balance and core strength. So, you’ll see me integrate it into exercises ranging from lunges to push-ups.
