Over the past year I’ve had the most life changing experience by having Lloyd Garden and all of the other professional trainers at Thrive Fitness help me loose 65 pounds. I give credit to personal training for the reason I have been able to stick with this program.  My beginner level of activity was welcomed at Thrive and now exercise has become my lifestyle!

Lloyd has developed a space where people with every level of activity will achieve their own personal results. The dedication to my health, my nutrition, and my overall fitness by each trainer at Thrive ensures I never get hurt or feel pain afterwards.  The group fitness classes are also challenging and provide a social outlet as well.

Lloyd’s knowledge and experience of proper weight loss and nutrition combined with his unique approach to keeping me motivated has literally saved my life. I encourage anyone who is challenged with weight issues to let Lloyd and the other dedicated trainers at Thrive help you.  I have seen great improvement in my body, my fitness level, my energy, and also in my confidence that I can reach my goal of 100 pounds weight loss.
