Yogurt & Fruit

For a sweeter snack, that is still loaded with nutrients and protein, enjoy some yogurt and fruit before you head to the gym. If you use a smaller cup of yogurt, you can add a few different bits to really enjoy your cup of yogurt. Whether you’re a fan of blueberries and strawberries, or you want to add some oats and honey, this is a perfectly light snack that will keep you full through your workout. This one might take a little bit of figuring out, just because people react differently to foods, but it is one that we love!

Mix and match your shake flavors to create one that you love, but you will have the right type of fuel to get your body through a tough workout. These are also pretty easy to carry around in your gym bag, which makes them extremely easy to enjoy!
