CIRCUIT 750
This new class focuses on strength and cardio circuit training, The class will raise your heart rate with weights, bands, core work, and cardio blasts. The high intensity interval training style of this class helps you blast fat, and burn as much as 750 calories in just 60 minutes! Be prepared to have fun and work hard!

EXTREME FIT
Extreme Fit is an interval based group-training program with bootcamp and crossfit style influences. This class is designed to produce positive results through aerobic and resistance training. This program uses functional movements and exercises that better your everyday life by increasing your physical appearance and performance. Extreme Fit is tailored to fit male or female participants of any age and that perform at any physical level.

Pricing: 

$30 = 1 class

$240 ($20 per class) = 12 classes
