I have been going to Thrive Fitness and working out with Lloyd Garden for almost 9 months. I have been a member of a lot of different gyms in the past and worked out with a personal trainer but never achieved results like I have been able to achieve with Lloyd at Thrive Fitness.
The culture at Thrive Fitness is encouraging and engaging. There is more to fitness than just working out or eating the right things. It is a way of life and the social culture at Thrive helped me to adopt the right attitude toward personal training and fitness.
The environment at Thrive and the encouragement provided by the staff helped me to stick with it and make it a way of life.
The Thrive staff combines nutrition, exercise, weight training and education to help you achieve the results that you want. That is the difference that I believe separates Thrive from other health clubs or boot camps.
Brookhaven Boot Camp
We’ve taken Extreme Fit outside, boot camp style! Come burn over 700 calories per training session. Our trainers, Lloyd, Kevin, and Jason will take you to the next level. This is one of the toughest things you will ever love! Here, we combine discipline with motivation and fun! This class includes stadium stairs, timed gassers, core training, and much more. You will learn effective exercise, endurance, proper form, technique, and safety. Group meets at Thrive Fitness and runs over to Oglethorpe. All fitness levels welcome, work at your own pace.
Extreme Fit goes to Oglethorpe
With this wonderful weather and Summer right around the corner, we can’t help but take it outside here at Thrive.
Now, on Monday @6pm, Thursday @6pm, and Saturday @8am our Extreme Fitters will be starting at Thrive and heading over to Oglethorpe for a killer outdoor boot camp-style workout!
We will be provide a trailer equipped with weights, water, and a whole lot more. Be prepared to run, sweat, work hard, and have fun!
